Refund policy

Return Rights: Customers can return items after payment and delivery acknowledgment with the courier.

Return/Exchange Process:

• Notify us post-payment if returning an item; return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• Opened packages before payment violate COD policies in Pakistan.
• Items may be exchanged within 3 days, given they’re unused, undamaged, and have all tags attached.

Exchange Eligibility: Subject to stock availability; defective items only for free exchange; all others incur courier fees.
