Refund policy

• We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, and unstitched merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

• Customers are required to return the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• A 15% administrative cost and delivery charges will be deducted from the total purchase value.

• Refund requests will be processed within 7–15 working days after we receive the returned products.
